Are you an E-hailing driver that uses your private vehicle for rides?

It’s a legal requirement that you declare your vehicle as an E-hailing vehicle (from AB/AD to AH) before renewing your road tax.

How can I get an E-hailing Vehicle Permit (EVP)?
Complete all documentation via Profile menu and/or Online registration in the app. Ensure it's valid. Your exclusive E-hailing Vehicle Permit (EVP) with inDrive will appear at the end of your profile section after we submit your data to APAD.
What if my EVP is expiring soon?

Renew Your Puspakom Inspection for E-hailing Vehicles

Puspakom Vehicle Inspection (Berkala E-Hailing) is required by the Ministry of Transport for vehicles aged 3 years and above.

This inspection certifies your vehicle’s readiness for E-hailing operations, and ensures safety and compliance standards are met. Book your inspection online at any PUSPAKOM centre.

Visit the Mypuspakom website or download the MyPUSPAKOM app.

How to renew your Puspakom Inspection

Part 1: MyPuspakom Account Registration
Follow these steps:
1. Click 'Register Now'

2. Choose account type 'Company', and select 'Enterprise'

3. Update account information with current vehicle owner details

4. Prepare documents needed for registration

5. Complete registration and wait for an email with details of your booked inspection
Part 2: Puspakom Inspection Reservation
Follow these steps:

1. Login using your registered email and password

2. Select 'New Reservation'

3. Enter vehicle details using the registration card or ownership certificate

4. Choose 'Berkala Pertama E-hailing'

5. Select your preferred state and date for inspection availability

6. Pick your desired time slot

7. Provide representative details for the inspection

8. Confirm reservation details

9. View payment summary, and proceed to online payment options

10. Bring your Reservation Confirmation Slip (printed or electronic) during inspection

Renew your E-hailing insurance to keep driving with peace of mind. Gather all necessary documents, and contact your insurance provider to renew. Stay covered, stay protected!

Owner documents
1. Copy of NRIC: A clear copy of the owner's NRIC (front and back)
2. Copy of Driving License: A valid driving license of the vehicle owner
3. Vehicle Registration Card (RC): A copy of the vehicle registration card
4. Current Insurance Policy: Original or a copy of the policy
Representative documents
1. Authorization Letter: A signed letter from the owner, authorizing the representative to renew the insurance on their behalf
2. Copy of Representative’s NRIC: A clear copy of the representative’s NRIC (front and back)
3. Copy of Owner’s NRIC: A clear copy of the owner's NRIC (front and back)
4. Copy of Owner’s Driving License: A valid driving license of the owner
5. Vehicle Registration Card (RC): A copy of the vehicle registration card
