Vehicle requirements

Violating these points may lead to photo verification, training, and exclusion from the Comfort tariff

Exterior condition

No dents or scratches
The vehicle must be free of severe dents and scratches that degrade the exterior condition

Intact windows and headlights
Windscreen, side windows, and headlights without cracks or chips

Clean vehicle body
The body of the vehicle must always be clean. In bad weather, clean handles are enough
Cabin condition

Clean cabin
The cabin, seats, and mats must be free of dirt, dust, and debris. You can use seat covers, and they must fit snugly and not block access to the seat belts

Without personal items
Keep personal items in the boot or glove compartment.
Your items are not allowed to be on the passenger seats or under feet

No smells
Keep your vehicle free of bad smell and avoid strong fragrances

Working seat belts
The seat belts are in working condition and accessible on all passenger seats. Do not use seat belt plugs

Working air conditioner
The vehicle's air conditioner must always work properly

Driver requirements

Drivers with a rating of 4.8 or higher can use the Comfort tariff

Do not smoke
Do not smoke during or before your ride
to avoid the smell of tobacco in the cabin

Be polite
Try to be polite and friendly. Always greet the passenger, but do not push the conversation

Arrive at the exact address
Always arrive accurately and drop off 
the passenger at the specified address on the app

Help with the luggage
Help all passengers load and unload their luggage

Play neutral music
Play only neutral music at a medium or low volume level

Follow the dress code
Follow a neutral dress code without sportswear, sleeveless shirts and slippers

How often do I have to pass a photo verification?
  • Photo verification of the cabin takes place at least 2 times a month. The frequency may vary depending on passenger reviews and complaints.
  • Photo verification of the face takes place at least 4 times a month. The frequency may vary depending on passenger reviews and complaints.
I've changed my vehicle and want to work on the Comfort tariff
You can activate the comfort tariff by sending an application to change your vehicle in the app. You will also need to pass a photo verification and training.
My vehicle is not on the Comfort list
We regularly update the list of vehicles available for the Comfort tariff. The list is formed from several criteria:
  • year of manufacture
  • brand and model
  • average market value of the vehicle
